2009 Like most brewers, we start experimenting with prepared beer batches at home.
2010 We start making 20-liter productions with malt grain. We are so hooked on it that we have to give beer to some friends since we cannot drink it all! This year we participate in Fira Raure de Ginestar and, after the success, we decide to create our own business and to commercialize it.
2011 In March, we inaugurate the company and we start commercializing GINESART beer. These are our varieties: Il·lusió, Autèntica i Il·lusió Weiss. We participate in different fairs in the area of Ribera d'Ebre and Baix Ebre. Our first seasonal beer, Il·lusió de mel, which is created for Fira del Perelló, is launched onto the market.
2012 Our forth beer, Raure, is launched onto the market. During this year, and due to the increased demand, we start producing 100 liters per week instead of 50! We also double the capacity in fermenters.
2013 Our second seasonal beer, Fosqueta, which is created for Fira Raure de Ginestar, is launched onto the market. We also produce beer for Fira del Llibre Ebrenc de Mora d’Ebre. We start experimenting with beer and liqueur.
2014 We prolong the Sanitary Registration and the permits to produce the first Beer Liqueur of Catalonia and Spain.
