Cervesa artesana de Ginestar is a microbrewery located in Ginestar<\/a>on the left bank of river Ebre, within the protected area declared Biosphere Reserve.<\/h3>\n<\/div>

It was born with the desire to offer a high quality craft beer.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are a microbrewery<\/b> with a production of 225 weekly liters<\/b>. With the maceration production system through the simple infusion method, the production process is manual. Thanks to these specific production characteristics, craft beers are produced.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

In our company, natural beers are produced without pasteurization<\/h4><\/h4><\/div>

The carbonic gas is <\/span>naturally produced<\/b> by the yeast left in the bottle. Our beers are live and evolve over time. Alcoholic fermentation is a traditional way of transforming food in order to extend its conservation, thus avoiding <\/span>the addition of any artificial preservative<\/b> to beer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

We are a company that started, like most brewers, to experiment and we have gradually.
