• Elaborada cada any per a la Firabril del Perelló, la podeu trobar al mercat al mes d’abril i fins acabar-ne les existències. Es tracta d'una cervesa lleugera amb tocs delicats a fruites madures i un final en boca a mel. Molt refrescant en dies de calor.

    Beer style

    Honey Ale. Cervesa rossa d'alta fermentació amb mel.

    Tasting notes

    Low intensity of the hops in comparison with the malt and the honey. Good to quench thirst.

    Ingredients

    Malts: Pale ale, Pilsen and wheat. Honey. Flower of the hops: Cascade and Saaz. Yeast.

    Serving temperature

    Between 8 and 12ºC.

    Alcohol content

    5,2% Alc. Vol.  
  • Seasonal beer, made with grape must from Maccabees. It is a blond beer, very fruity and has an end in grape mouths.

    Body and blonde, aromatic and very fruity.
